Having discovered the keys to deep and unceasing prayer, they attained to wondrous communion with God, and were thereby transformed into truly holy men and women of great wisdom and love. They left for us a treasury of illuminating teachings concerning the acquisition of the Holy Spirit and the transformation of the mind and heart. Presented in this talk will be 7 helpful steps for immersing oneself in the art and science of prayer, as well as some discussion on the Jesus Prayer, an ancient and effective practice that has helped lead many to pure and grace-filled prayer and a lasting and ever-deepening communion of love with Jesus Christ.
